@Godwin – With me it actually only works when I include the spaces. It would be much more convenient if you could just copy and paste it, but for some reason that’s not the case and I have to type it out in the browser.

I guess you got the better end of the deal Godwin!

Hi Luis, You are really great! The code worked for me as I tried it on a certain website. Sure, after editing, one can take the screenshots for his or her own selfish interest.

What I want to point out is that I typed the code without considering the spaces you mentioned but then it still worked perfectly. Maybe those that are complaining have not type the code correctly. I dont think the space is necessary. What do you think?

@Justin – Yes, I think the majority of people just use Photoshop to fake their earnings. I found this code to be an interesting way to do so, and can only imagine it to be much easier than Photoshop.

And yes, placing your proof of sales is definitely a marketing tactic to hoodwink people out of their money, and it does seem to be necessary in order to get a sale, and almost everyone’s doing it. But I guess it all depends on what you want to do.

Personally, I never had one of those type of websites attempting to sell an e-book of some sort, but it seems to me the proof-of-sale feature is something marketers use commonly.

I pretty much knew marketers padded their earnings screenshots, I just didn’t know how. I always thought I could right click, save picture as and edit the picture to post on my site later, as well as the pictures of the nice cars, etc.

However, I don’t believe in using earnings screenshots to sell products as I don’t actually believe in them, but it seems to be a law in internet marketing to do so.

It could be just as sales tactic to “belittle” people into buying their products, but if I can’t convince people to purchase without an earnings screenshot, then I shouldn’t sale my products.

Then again, I could probably get away with using the same screenshots on others sites. Nobody in internet marketing is going to sue for plagerism.

CTR and CPM are blanked out, from people who actually DO make that much money, because it violates the AdSense TOS to reveal.

I was never really impressed by screenshots, especially of Clickbank/Pay Pal earnings.

For one people that do this are only giving you half the equation; you gotta know how much money they put in to get the returns that they claim they made.

Lone- I don’t think there is a way to save it; if there is I’m not aware of it. However, you’re right it’s not that harmful, but it can be. In a way you can save them by taking a screen capture after you make the changes, and then using that as proof of your “skill”. But I don’t know how to make the changes permanent, and I don’t think it’s possible.
