New York Tax Law Affects Affiliate Marketers

The new law that’s supposed to take effect June 1, 2008 is quickly approaching. With 3400 affiliates already dropped from Overstock.com’s affiliate program and many other affiliate programs doing the same, more and more people are pulling for Amazon to win their lawsuit.

Any thoughts, comments and or info you guys may have on the subject is highly appreciated. Feel free to speak your mind on the situation. Other states could be next, hopefully this law is dropped and everything will go back to normal.

I agree with you we have to stand up to this misuse of tax for everything.
